Ogden City Owl

I have heard rumors of a Western Screech inhabiting the Ogden City
Cemetery. From the amount of crows I've seen congregate there recently, I
tend to believe it.  I work for the city, and have asked the guys that
maintain the cemetery, but all I got from them was a bunch of wise cracks!
Anybody know any specifics about locating this guy? Thanks in advance.
