Pect, Baird, Sol Sandpiper, RN Phalarope, Peregrine and more.

Hi Everyone.
KC and I went out to LeBarron Point and Lincoln Point (Utah Co) this Morning. (8/31)
In lake Shore near 4000 West we saw 2 Solitary Sandpipers in a small puddle in a pasture.
At Lincoln Point just south of the boat harbor there were lots and lots of birds most interesting being Nashville Warbler, Virginia's Warbler, Baird's and Least sandpipers.
At LeBarron Point we had a Peregrine Falcon that kept flying over us giving very good views. All the swallows in the sky were following right behind her. Very fun.
And there are great mudflats all around LeBarron Point. We set the scope out just north of the point. Lots and lots of shore birds. Hundreds of avocets, Hundreds of Phalaropes (Red-necked and Wilson's)and thousands of peeps. We were able to identify a few Pectoral Sandpipers, tons of Baird's Sandpipers and lots of western. (Someone who is more apt at identifying peeps might like to sort through them all.) Also out on the mud was Lesser and Greater Yellowlegs, White-faced Ibis, and Franklin's Gulls.
We were out until noon and saw 65 species. It was a very good day of birding.
