Message: A group of scouts I was guiding for a bird walk had a good 
look at a Long-eared Owl occurred on Tuesday evening at 7:10 p.m.   It was seen on the Skipper Bay trail (trail runs north and south along Utah Lake just north of the Utah Lake State Park).  Walking from the parking lot (south end of trail) it was seen about 100 yards north of the campground.
