peregrine in draper

I took my 5 year old out birding today, and within a few minutes of my house in Draper, found a Peregrine perched on a telephone pole. I shot a role of film <we got to within 25yards> and then headed off to the Jordan River parkway. We didn't fine the Rail, but did see a yellow rumped warbler, and a marsh wren. Later, near Cedar Fort, we found a perched Bald Eagle.
