Unwelcomed guest

I feed birds in my backyard, and love doing it. But I
have two Sharp Shinned Hawks eating my birds. Also
keeping them away from my feeders. Does anyone have
any ideas on how to get rid of them. Or discourage
them. I know that they need to eat too, but I don't
want them around. Any ideas?
