Inca Doves- Washington Co.

My son called from Washington wanting to know about some small doves that
have shown up in his backyard.  He isn't really into birding much , but
raises pigeons.  The little doves had his curiosity up in a minute.    It
sounded like Inca Doves to me from his description.  I live in Northern
Utah and have never seen an Inca Dove.  Question for you southern Utah
birders:  Are these doves often or even rarely seen in Washington?
