The Sabine Gull was on Lee Creek. All three of us got a good look at
another in the ISSR.
All the peeps were in the Tufa just north of the North Point Canal outlet
which is about 2 miles north of Lee Creek. They were all hunkered down
between the 'rocks' and feeding. Saw at least 2 or three more groups of
peeps flying around, all headed south. The Black-bellied plovers were
headed south from the Goggin Drain (towards Lee Creek?).
I REALLY wanted to call a couple peeps semi-palmated, but wasn't confident
of myself.
good birding.
Ann
