Subject: Shorebirds

Message: yesterday at lincon beach 6 Western Sandpipers, 1 Least 
Sandpiper, 3 Snowy Plovers, and 1 Baird's Sandpiper were observed by
Dennis & Bryan Shirley.  Besides the shorebirds, at the far south end 
of the beach in the marshy area there were Virginia Rails
with chicks all over the place (We counted 23 rails total).
