Horned Grebe Provo Airport

I did a quick run around the Provo Airport Dike before work this morning.
There was a Horned Grebe in the moat at the southwest corner of the dike.
Its neck was turning red but mostly it was still in winter plumage. Also at
the southwest corner were some Red-breasted Mergansers. A Blue-winged Teal
was on the east side of the dike where the dike first meets the lake. All
the regular birds are out there plus some spring arrivals. Tree swallows,
Yellow-headed Blackbird, Clarks Grebe, and last friday a Greater
Yellowlegs.
