Short-eared Owl

  This morning (2-16) on the Provo airport dike there was a Short-eared Owl 
on the south extension.  I felt like I was at Farmington Bay.  It sat on the 
fence and let me get very close.  Then he went hunting over the fields and 
came back to me when I was down the road a bit.
