Checklists

Hi all,
Earlier this week I was looking at some checklists, planning a spring =
birding trip, and I came up with a quesion for you more knowledgable =
birders.
The Capitol Reef checklist lists the LeConte Sparrow as "A"bundant, but =
the checklist for the state only lists it as "O"ccasional.  Is this bird =
abundant in a localized area, or is this possibly a typo on either of =
the lists?
You'd think that I could find something more interesting to read than =
Bird Checklists!!!!
