Bountiful Gulls

I went out to the Bountiful Landfill this morning and was able to get a =
look at the apparent Lesser Black-backed Gull. It flew off before I was =
able to get some photos and never returned. I called the director of the =
landfill at the Bountiful City offices and told him how much we =
appreciated him and his staff for allowing access to such a great =
birding area. I told him,also, that we would keep out of the way of the =
heavy equipment and not create any problems for their operation out =
there, He was very friendly and glad we were finding such rare gulls and =
that the landfill was providing wildlife viewing opportunities.
