Hooded Merganser

I was at the Powell Slough around 2:30pm and didn't see the Red-shouldered Hawk.
It may have been scared off by the two redtails, two harriers, and one roughleg
that were there.

At about 3:30pm there was a female Hooded Merganser and hundreds of American
Wigeons in the pond between East Bay Golf course and the Covey leadership
buildings.
