There was a Peregrine Falcon "keeping watch over the birds by day" at
Farmington Bay on Sat. Dec. 9. It was perched in the "trees" visible from
the road heading west. Every time it flew off the branch, it put the nearby
ducks into a dither. No owls present today. Carol
