Some good birds

This morning, between 8:30 and 9:30 I saw a merlin at the turn off from
the Provo airport road to the Provo airport dyke road, in a large
cottonwood tree on the east side of the road, also from that same point
looking to the north east in a large dead tree quite a way out in the
field there was an immature balled eagle. From the far end of north
jetti, in Provo Utah Lake State Park, there was a buffle head with four
northern shovelers, also a red breasted merganser. On the southside of
the park there was a common loon in the river.
That is what I call a good morning.
Exciting birding yall.
Reed
