Directions: Drive about 20 miles up Spanish Fork Canyon on US 6 toward Price. Turn left (north) onto Sheep Creek Road (FR 051). (That's about 1/2 mile before the Dairy Fork road which goes off to the right [south]).

Description:  Birding is good all along this road. About 20 miles up the canyon, the road forks to go either to Strawberry Reservoir (right -- about 8 miles away) or to Diamond Fork Canyon (left -- about 2 miles away)

Nearby:  Strawberry Reservoir and Diamond Fork Canyon.  The Dairy Fork Road goes off south from US 6 about the same place as the Sheep Creek Road goes north.

Specialty Birds:  Dusky Grouse, Common Nighthawk, Red-naped Sapsucker, Virginia’s Warbler, Black-throated Gray Warbler, Ash-throated Flycatcher, Plumbeous Vireo, House Wren, Mountain Bluebird, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Green-tailed Towhee, Vesper Sparrow, Brewer’s Sparrows, Black-headed Grosbeak, and Lazuli Bunting.
