Directions: Kaufman Ranch is located at Black Rock, about 21 miles north of Milford on SR 257. Because this is private land, be sure stop at the house to request permission to bird the property.

Description:  Some of the desert oases in the Black Rock area are good for migrant warblers, etc. Kaufman Ranch, is a first rate fall migrant trap. There is a small grove of trees just beyond it on the same dirt road which is OK too (though nothing compared to Kaufman Ranch itself). ~ information from David Wheeler
