Rendezvous Park

Directions:  Rendezvous Park sits on the west side of Highway 89, at 1500 south.

Description:  This is one of Logan’s most popular parks and borders the Logan River Golf Course. This park hosts a fenced dog park, about two miles of both paved and gravel walking trails, and the Logan River. This park has undergone stream and vegetation restoration efforts and offers educational signage and benches to take in the scenery. Walking, fishing, and birdwatching are all common recreational activities here.
 
Birds:
 
Common: Great Horned Owl, Belted Kingfisher, Western Tanager, Black-capped Chickadee, and Spotted Towhee.
 
Hard to see/uncommon/rare: Yellow-breasted Chat, Willow Flycatcher, Fox Sparrow, and Virginia Rail (all summer, except Virginia Rail)

Related Birding Places:  Connecting Rendezvous Park to Trapper Park via the Icon Trail (3.6 miles-paved) is a beautiful walk and offers great birding.
