characteristic behaviors:
Nests in a cliff at a height of 30-40 (20-400) feet, in a scrape or crevice nest. This species is not a cowbird host. This species is a carnivore: air and ground hawker.
Habitat: Breeds in Utah in cliff and high desert scrub habitats.
