Committee, Since I was the only one who voted to not accept the scarlet tanager record, I felt it would be good for me to detail what I felt were field marks inconsistant with scarlet tanager from the first photo. I have attached a powerpoint file with the image enlarged with notes pointing to the
key fieldmarks I used. Any comments on my evaluation are welcomed.
