Note:

Since Mark Stackhouse is not presently a resident of Utah, he would not be
eligible for a position on the committee if we go strictly by the bylaws.
However since Mark knows the birds of Utah, know the "bird geography" of
the state, knows the birders of Utah and visits the state regularly, it is proposed
we make an exception in his case. If you cast a vote for Mark it will be
assumed that you vote for making an excepting to the rule.

Instructions:

There are six nominees for three voting-member positions
on the Records Committee:

       Bryan Shirley (Utah Co.)
       Mark Stackhouse (Salt Lake Co.)
       David Wheeler (Salt Lake Co.)

Please vote for four of the nominees in order of your preference.
If you vote for one person more than once, only the first one will count.
The highest vote-getters will be asked first, whether they are willing to serve.
