Proposition
|
It is proposed that the
Bylaws be changed so that nominations to positions on the Records
Committee can be done without first inquiring about "willingness to serve."
Willingness to serve
will be determined by the Secretary as he contacts the top vote-getters to
ask them to serve in the particular positions in question.
