To send more than five votes, submit the first set of five by clicking the "Submit" button below. 
Then, from the "Votes Submitted" page, click the "back" button  (or arrow) on your browser .  Then click on "Reset", fill out the form again and click "Submit."  You can do this as many times as you like.
You should get a "Votes Submitted" message when the votes have gone through.
