Revise to read: In general, the Review Species List will consist
of species that have occurred within Utah on average of
four or fewer
times per year in each of the 10 years immediately preceding revision
of the Review List.
Proposal B. (at least 20 records in ten years)
Keep present guideline: In general, the Review Species
list will consist of species that have occurred within Utah on average
two or fewer times per year in each of the 10 years immediately
preceding revision of the Review List.
