Here are three general
proposals about how to deal with the names of the observers of
"not-accepted" records in journal publications. Please indicate your order
of preference in the blanks below: (Final
wording for the Bylaws change will be voted on later).
Proposals
- A. Names of
the observers for all records should be included in all records for
publication in journals and on the internet.
B. Names of the observers for
records being published in journals should be excluded from reports ,
however the names can be listed without reference to any specific
record. (this doesn't pertain to records on the internet).

- C. Names of
the observers for records “not accepted” should be removed from all
records for publication in journals (keep Bylaws as they are).
D.
None of the above. (You can submit your proposal below).

points for a 1st choice, 2 point for a 2nd Choice, 1 point for a 3rd

** One member voted for Proposal A
for both 1st and 2nd choices. If that is not a valid procedure then
the weighted score would be two less, or 20 with the points taken off for
the invalid 2nd Choice vote.
