When you are on the "Records Under Review" page, if you click on the record number you should end up on "Summery Page" of that record.  You just copy the URL in the browsers address box (at the top of the screen), which tells you which page your are viewing (for example:  http://www.utahbirds.org/RecCom/2010/2010_06Summary.htm) and then just paste it into an email which you send to the expert along with your request for his opinion.  That's all there is to it.

When you get his response, just send it to the Secretary or the Webmaster to be posted with the record.
