Proposal:
It is proposed  that the recently revised "documented sightings list" be accepted as the official list of sightings for Utah Birds Records Committee.

Vote:  Passed 7 to 0 on 30 Aug 2005.

Implementation:
     - This list will be maintained and posted on the Utah Birds website.
     - This list will be referred to in the Records Committee Reports to indicate how many sightings of a particular species have been accepted in the last 10 years (the main criterion for having a species on the list) and how many total sightings have been accepted by the Committee (as a number to give perspective to the "10 year" number)..
