Identifying Characteristics:
Bright orange to yellow color with distinctive black mask. Did not seem disturbed by me stopping on my walk to work to observe. A female, or juvenile male, was also in the tree behind in denser veg. I have seen this bird a few days in a row while walking to work.

were they eliminated:
Full black mask and lack of a black crown clearly distinguish this from a bullock s oriole.
