Posted on Facebook and eBird rare Bird Alerts by Tim Avery, chased and seen by many including myself. Warbler that was solid blue above, black throat, white belly, white wing patch. very distinctive.

Behavior: Flighting about in small trees and bushes, often low near the ground
Habitat: Cultivated landscape near a pond

Only similar warbler is Cerulean Warbler, which lacks the black throat.
