A vireo with yellow coloration (outside of the wings and face) brightest at the throat and undertail, strong dark lores, and bold white eye arcs.

Shape, coloration, and plumage pattern narrows this bird down to WAVI or PHVI. WAVI would show duller lores, less defined white eye arcs, and plain underparts and throat.
