Additional comments: I am a complete novice but these two birds were majestic. At first thought they were brown eagles or immature bald eagles but none of those have the distinguishing white tips to their wing feathers which could only be seen from below when they were flying. I understand this is not their habitat but from what I studied these two seemed definitely to be black vultures .
