Identifying Characteristics:
Sparsely streaked chest, yellow under tail coverts, dark eye line with broken eye ring, lighter supercilium, hint of a chestnut crown, white pattern on the under side of the tail

Behavior: foraging in a tree
Habitat: Scrubby trees near a road near rocky outcroppings.

were they eliminated:
Eliminated other species due to the combination of the dark eye line with broken ring, yellow under tail coverts, pale supercilium and hint of the chestnut crown.

Additional comments: I only had time for the one photo before the bird flew away, it was a very busy day/time for me and I forgot about this sighting until I was going through my files for that day and came across the one photo I was able to take of this bird. I remember thinking at the time of my sighting that it appeared to be a Palm Warbler. Sorry for the late report.
